Completely new speaker, except for an audible constant low-level hum. The reason could be an internal Amp issue. This hum is audible even at zero volume; however, this hum level is not increasing when we increase the volume level, so the speaker is still fully functional.

Multi-functional media player

The SubZero SZS-P12A active speaker features a useful and easy to use media player, allowing you to play music from a variety of devices. The included Bluetooth function allows for quick and easy connection from phones or tablets without the need of cables. SD card and USB connections are also possible with this compact media unit. The SZS-P12A also has a blue back lit LCD display that is easy to see, even in dark conditions and cycling through the different input modes can be seen through this display.
This unit features a compact mixer on the back, that is easy to use with multiple connections and inputs. The mixer includes an input channel that offers both XLR and jack options, meaning you can plug a microphone or instrument in. There is also a stereo RCA line input, for plugging in devices such as a mobile phone or tablet. For total control over your sound, this unit also features a two band EQ, which means you can turn the bass and treble up or down.

Durable plastic cabinet

The SubZero SZS-P12A features a hard PP plastic shell that is durable and long lasting. It is also lightweight, meaning the whole unit only comes to 11kg. The high quality 12" speaker with 1" compression driver make the speaker sound good regardless of application and the class AB amplifier offers 150w of RMS power, suitable for small to medium size venues. For more power, this speaker has a powered output, to connect to the Subzero SZS-P12 passive speaker in a great value bundle, or any other passive speaker with the same power output.
