Murphy's Rules - 1988 - Steve Jackson Games

Murphy's Rules is a compilation of typos, poorly implemented rules, and just plain silly stuff that appears in various board, roleplaying, and computer games (e.g. Top Secret references a 'Termite Bomb' instead of a 'Thermite Bomb'.) Each one comes with an amusing picture that highlights the absurdity of the rule, drawn by various artists.

The last section of the book includes cartoons, ads for fake games, and 'Useless Tables' that were originally printed in different magazines in the early-mid 80s.
