SinceThrash Metal roared its way back out from the deepest basements ofthe underground, a large number of bands started to appearthroughout the world, taking influences from the different MetalSchools you can think of, especially from US scenes (New York andCalifornia) and the German scene. So, it’s not a surprise to hearan album as Born To Rot In Hell, the fourth one from Italianquartet Razgate. The record is bursting at the seams with fizzingleads, clanking riffs and a latter day Slayer hostility. From theopening track Tyrants Of Depravity, vocalist Giacomo Burgassiadopts a Tom Araya-style of ranting, his voice coming across as aseries of aggressive barks. And this is the themethroughout.
