The Student Plus cello is crafted from Canadian spruce and carved Canadian maple, hand-finished for the utmost quality. Chosen for their lightweight, strong, and flexible properties, these tone-rich woods provide the perfect base for a long-lasting instrument. Finished with an attractive orange-brown, hand-lacquered varnish, the Student Plus exudes classic appeal.

Easy to set up and play
With Ebony tuning pegs, this cello offers durability, beauty, and superior wear resistance. The traditional fitted Maple bridge, Jujube ebonized fingerboard, and Maple neck ensure effortless shifting between positions whilst producing warm and rich tones ideal for keeping students engaged.

Easy and accurate tuning
The steel core strings are ideal for beginners due to their quick response, stable pitch and long life. The strings' coloured silk wrappings help students with identification and provide friction against the pegs. The strong, metal tailpiece is fitted with four integral tuners to aid students in achieving accurate tuning quickly and easily.

Includes horsehair bow and case
The Student Plus comes complete with a bow, hard case and rosin so the learner has everything they need to get started straight away. The included bow features genuine horsehair, as used by professionals, helping to produce a rich tone and smoother playing experience.
