Very minor superficial surface wear, sleeve is very nice and clean, tiny record-store sticker on the back - NO seamsplits, NO writing, NO tears

2nd Dutch version, this one comes with a large center-hole.

Furthermore, the sleeve of this release came in many different colors: Orange, blue, green and pink, possibly also in yellow.
