This is the exclusive statue of Angel from BTVS, made by Sideshow Collectibles and sold in 2011. There were only 250 pieces made of this exclusive version which includes an extra face of Angel in vampire form.

The condition is used, but good. It might be a bit dusty as it has been stored for over a decade now. It also has some scratches in places like the piece of the neck of his head that you stick into the body, this is not visible when you've put the figure together, only when you take the head off. The gargoyle also has some wear and tear on its face. The box is in okay condition with a few small dents here and there.
