Original Jack-in-the-box toy made in 1966 by Mattel S.A., Geneva, Switzerland.
This colorful vintage piece comes in a metal box with printed clown artwork on all four sides — each one different and a bit creepy in a fun way.

Turn the red-handled crank and it plays "Pop Goes the Weasel" until the clown jumps out. The head is plastic with moving eyes, and the clothes are fabric in red, white, and blue.

Everything works great. Some light wear to the paint on the inner lid and tip of the clown’s nose, plus a few small scratches and tiny dents to the metal casing, but overall in very nice condition for its age.
