Instructions for use: 1) Prepare the water with salt in a bottle, 300 ml of water at approx. 37 C/86 °F 2) Add 1 bag of salt and mix. 3) Hold the bottle up and down and gently insert the tip into a nostril. 4) Breathe through the mouth. 5) Press the valve button to start the flow of the water solution by breathing through the mouth. 6) Release the button to stop the solution flow. 7) Half water in one nostril and half in the other.
