Bleak house 1853 True first edition and print with all first issue points elgble

True first print with Counsinship chair etc. Has had mildew damage on spine which makes the boards have gone a bit loose they have been amateurly the front-board by the first front-free endpaper. Has cracking on both boards and back-board has been reglued back. The book is complete and has some foxing inside. Can definitely be rebounded or used as a first edition.
Would grade poor.
