RTX 3070 GPU 8GB
Purchased brand new a month ago. It has developed an unknown issue: it displays various green lines. I have opened it up; it is completely clean, but there is very little thermal paste, and it seems to get very hot (I added more thermal paste, but I haven’t changed anything else or replaced the thermal pads). The fans work, but they are unreliable.
My guess is that the thermal pads need to be replaced—and likely more besides. Perhaps an expert could tinker with it.
