Vintage handblown figurine of Fish in stunning color scheme: turquoise, clear and deep violet.

Figurine is made using the sophisticated technique called sommerso: three or more colors within the item, with an outer transparent layer, a clear boundary with another color, then transitioning into the main color of the vase or bowl. This technique was invented by Italian glass masters in the 1930s.

Made by FM Konstglas, founded in Sweden by Murano designers, Marcolin brothers.

1960s. Excellent vintage condition. Height 15 cm, length 14 cm. Marked by manufacturer.
