Danish Broad Axe

These beautiful finishing, or Tee, axes can be seen in use on the Bayeux Tapestry. Their unique shape allows us to do the fine shaving at the end of the plank making process. The axes are either right or left handed allowing the user to gentle take off a fine layer of wood without damaging their knuckles.
This one is left handed.
