Shipping information:
Packages are packed and shipped 1-4 working days after we have received your payment. You are also welcome to pick up the package at our Restore at Bondegatan 48.

All our packages are shipped with Postnord to your nearest agent. If you want to change agent, you can change the recipient address when you pay for the item.

Return

You have the right to return your goods within 14 days after your order is delivered. As a buyer, you are responsible for the return shipping and are responsible for your goods being packaged properly. Please note that the garment must be in the same condition as it was received, with the hangtag still on.

To return an item, please do the following:

Contact us via our tradera profile, write which garments you want to return and why.
Write a note with your name and Tradera alias that is placed in the package together with your returned items.
Make sure that the package is sealed properly.

Once we have received and approved your return, a refund will be registered.

Complaints

You purchase the product in its current condition.
As a customer, you have the right to complain about an item with obvious product defects. To make a complaint:
Contact us via our tradera profile where you clearly describe what deviated from the advertisement, please clarify with pictures. We will then review your case and get back to you within one working day with the next steps and a return slip in the event of an approved complaint.
