Det här numret är en hyllning till vårt designarv. Vi besöker de finska formgivarna Vuokko och Antti Nurmesniemis vackra hem, och Yrjö och Irma Kukkapuros futuristiska hus och studio i Finland. Vi tittar in i designarkivet för Galerie Stool, chairs and step. Det är ett hus designat av den legendariske arkitekten Bruno Mathsson i Värnamo. På andra ställen i numret sitter vi ner med inredningsarkitekten Beata Heuman i hennes eklektiska Londonhem och tillbringar tid med den ikoniska designern Jonas Bohlin i hans kombinerade hus och ateljé. Vi lyfter också fram Källemo, som producerar några av de mest ikoniska designvarelserna från Sverige förr och nu. "Vi drivs inte av kommersiella strategier eller produktbehov, utan av andra värderingar och tankar", säger Källemos VD Karin Lunch. "Det är avgörande att förstå att möbelbranschen inte bara handlar om affärer - den speglar också samhällsförändringar och kulturella strömningar."

This issue is a tribute to our design heritage. We visit the beautiful home of Finnish designers Vuokko and Antti Nurmesniemi, and the futuristic house and studio of Yrjö and Irma Kukkapuro in Finland. We look into the design archives of Galerie Stool, chairs and step. It's a house designed by the legendary architect Bruno Mathsson in Värnamo, Sweden. Elsewhere in the issue we sit down with interior designer Beata Heuman in her eclectic London home, and spend time with the iconic designer Jonas Bohlin in his combined house and atelier. We also highlight Källemo, which produces some of the most iconic design heralding from Sweden past and present. "We're not driven by commercial strategies or product needs, but by other values and thoughts" says Källemo chief executive Karin Lunch. "It's crucial to understand that the furniture industry isn't just about business - it also reflects societal changes and cultural currents."
