SyncLabel is a private seller offering a curated mix of tech, wearables, electronics, and complementary apparel. Items are photographed and recorded before, during, and after packaging to ensure transparency and protect both buyer and seller.
Orders, Communication & Platform Use
I operate exclusively through the marketplace platform used for each sale. All communications, inquiries, disputes, and order messages must be sent via the platform chat or the contact information included with your order.
Payment & Processing
Payments are handled by the platform’s integrated payment system. Follow the platform’s payment instructions and policies for completing purchase transactions.
Orders are processed and shipped after payment clears according to the platform’s timelines.
Shipping & Local Pickup
Shipping methods, costs, and timelines follow the selected platform’s options and carriers. Tracking is provided when available by the platform.
For in-person (local) transactions, meetups are arranged through the platform’s messaging; always choose a safe, public location and follow platform safety guidance.
Returns & Refunds (Private-Seller Policy)
I accept refunds up to 3 days after purchase. Refund eligibility and return initiation must follow the platform’s return process.
Refunds are issued only after I receive and inspect the returned item. I will inspect returned items for condition and completeness before approving a refund.
If inspection confirms the item is in the same condition as shipped, a refund will be issued via the platform’s refund mechanism. Processing time depends on the platform.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the platform determines the item was sent incorrectly, defective, or damaged at delivery.
Condition Requirements & Inspection
Returned items must be in original condition, unworn/unmodified (for clothing), and include original accessories and packaging where applicable.
Electronics must be returned with original accessories and any locks or accounts disabled.
I keep time-stamped photos and videos taken before, during, and after packaging; these records may be used to resolve disputes regarding condition or shipping.
Disputes & Evidence
If there is a dispute, raise it through the platform’s resolution process. Provide photos/videos or other evidence via the platform chat. I will respond and provide my packaging records as needed.
If inspection shows damage or use beyond normal handling, I may deny or offer a partial refund; platform mediation may be requested by either party.
Warranty & Manufacturer Claims
Manufacturer warranties (if any) are handled directly with the manufacturer; I will assist where reasonable but am not a warranty service provider.
Privacy & Personal Safety
Buyer contact info used for order fulfillment is handled through the platform; do not ask for off-platform contact for transactions. For meetups, follow platform safety guidance.
