Terms and conditions of sale, used items (auction):

The majority of all items are quality checked but sold as is. The condition of the item is presented in the auction.
It is the buyer's responsibility to check that the condition and fit of the item is satisfactory.
For questions or special inquiries, contact us in messages.
We do not accept refunds or reclaims for used items. All items are sold without warranty.
All auctioned items are to be seen as used even if the condition is presented as "new".

Terms and conditions of sale, new items (buy now):

New items are sold with the function "buy now". Same conditions apply as for used items. The condition of new items are to be considered in good condition, traces of storage may occur such as scratches or other minor damages, in this case the buyer will be informed before purchase.

Delivery terms:
Purchases over 499 SEK will be discounted and the shipping cost removed (Sweden only).
Freight prices are calculated by Tradera. Prices for shipping outside of Sweden will usually be more expensive. We ship to all EU countries supported by Tradera. Normal delivery time is 3-5 working days. Discrepancies may
occur, in such case we will contact the customer. If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will contact you. Ofcourse, we will do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Regarding damaged parcels the shipping company is responsible. Contact us as soon as possible for help with shipping complaints.
