Store information and purchase terms
Our goods are used and are sold according to the pictures and any defect description. The products are sold without having been functionally tested, unless otherwise stated, which means that you are buying an item for inspection in its current condition. If you are not satisfied, you always have a 30-day right of withdrawal at our auctions. You are then responsible for any return shipping.
Payment
We use Tradera Payment, which means that all payments are made through Tradera's platform. Winning auctions are paid within four days and we reserve the right to cancel purchases that are not paid within the specified time.
Shipping
We offer shipping via Schenker within the EU. We ship our items every Wednesday and Friday. We offer combined shipping on auctions that end on the same day. Unfortunately, we cannot combine shipping items from different weeks. If you want combined shipping, request a combined shipping price on your Tradera page and wait with payment until your shipping cost has been adjusted. When your combined shipping cost is updated and it is OK to pay, you will receive an email with the title ''We have now adjusted your combined shipping cost''. The combined shipping cost for 2-4 items is 95 SEK (within Sweden).
Pick-up Stockholm
We also offer pickup at Myrorna's store in Ropsten at Kolargatan 2 if you would rather pick up your order. You then choose pickup at checkout. You will always receive an email with the title ''Welcome to pick up your order at Myrorna in Ropsten'' when your order is processed and ready to be picked up. Before that, it is not possible to pick up your order. Pickup must take place within seven days of receiving the pickup email. Bring your/the buyer's ID and show it at the checkout.
Other
We reserve the right to cancel purchases that are not picked up within the specified time and we charge a handling fee of 85 SEK which we deduct from the refund. If more than 120 days have passed since the advertisement was terminated, the item will be automatically removed from our system and therefore cannot be refunded. Therefore, it is important that you contact us if you have changed your mind about your purchase. If an item is returned to us by an agent, we will refund you the amount but deduct 200 SEK due to the cost of agent returns. If your item costs less than 200 SEK, you will therefore not receive a refund.
