It is prohibited by law to sell goods that infringe someone else's trademark or copyright. Copies, replicas, bootlegs and counterfeits are therefore not allowed on Tradera.
The rule applies to the item itself. Removing the brand name from the listing does not help, and the design alone can be enough for the item to count as a copy or a trademark infringement. The rule also applies if you bought the item in good faith. If one item in a bundle is a copy, we close the entire listing, so we recommend splitting larger bundles into smaller listings.
