Counts as incorrectly described
- The item you received has major defects or damages not stated in the listing.
- For example, large holes, stains, or cracks not shown in photos or mentioned in the text.
- The item is missing parts or accessories listed in the ad.
- The item has a completely different color than stated.
- The item has a completely different size or model than described.
Does not count as incorrectly described
- The listed condition clearly shows visible signs of use.
- The item doesn’t fit or look as you expected.
- The color shade appears different from what you saw in the photos.
- Dust, hairs, tiny stains, or very small scratches are not considered.
- The packaging may be slightly dented or show minor wear.
- Any defects mentioned in the listing or in communication with the seller.
