New condition. FANTASTIC DESIGN AND QUALITY. Reversible Skirt comes in two completely different combinations of fabric .The waist can be adjusted from S to L.You can also adjust the last two snaps so the front become asymetric.
There is a detachable purse which can be attached or not.This also an adjustable shoulder strap made from black ribbon.The purse has two inside compartments with zips and a flap with a snap closure.The bag has two hooks that can be attached to the skirt or used separately with the shoulder strap
The fabrics used are 93%cotton,7% polyester. They recommend always washing the skirt and bag by hand .This is a FairTrade product made in India using fabrics left over from other garments.
