This is a premium wiring harness with a control plate upgrade for American or Mexican Fender Telecasters. This harness has the best quality CTS pots, these are developed with 9% +/- tolerances and a value of 10% above the standard 250k (275K), Sprague Orange drop-caps, Oaks switches and Switchcraft sockets, all wired with vintage cloth pull back thread. The control plate is drop-in ready to go with the correct length of jack and jumper cables installed.
