Terms of purchase
Shipping is added to all purchases. The shipping price includes a cost for packing materials.
Payment must be made immediately unless otherwise agreed with us. We are happy to combine shipping, and process your order after payment. We ship continuously in order unless otherwise notified to us at the time of purchase. Information about your order can be found under order information. In the event of non-payment, we have the right to cancel an order after three days. We have pickup from Schenker on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. If you wish to pick up at our warehouse, always contact us beforehand.

The condition of the item is described in the advertisement.
We use a sample image of the item in the advertisements (not Auctions) where we have stock balance. Some variation may occur in, for example, glaze, as well as minor differences in pattern/color in, for example, unnumbered service pieces. In service pieces that have been produced over a long period of time, some variation in shades may exist, such as Ostindia for Rörstrand. Hand-painted and blown objects may differ from each other for natural reasons. When purchasing several, see the balance in the current advertisement. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Right of withdrawal
14 days right of withdrawal after receiving the product. You as the buyer are responsible for return shipping in case of withdrawal. We are responsible for return shipping if we have made a mistake in your order. Refund within 30 days after received and approved return. Always contact us before returning. Bids/Buys are binding according to Tradera's rules.

Package not collected / Not collected in store.
If you do not collect your package, it will be returned to us. The same applies if you have entered the wrong address. If you want your package sent out again, you are responsible for shipping. An uncollected package that is returned will then remain with us for three months from the first notification that the item is at your delivery location, after which the item/object will return to our possession and we may then sell it again.
